Joined in August 2024, Peter brings extensive leadership experience from Church Army UK & Ireland, along with a rich background in ministry, academia, and finance. His diverse career spans roles in London, Oxford, Manchester, and the Diocese of Winchester.

Brings long-standing experience since 2007, currently leading strategy delivery, HR, governance, risk, L&D, property, and IT. With a background in architecture, they transitioned into the charity sector and hold a Master’s in HR Management, an MBA, and CIPD membership.

Leads advocacy and crew engagement, overseeing global grants, family support networks, and seafarer wellbeing initiatives. With a background in journalism and experience at The Salvation Army, he is also advancing his leadership studies at Alliance Manchester Business School.

Leads fundraising, marketing, and communications since 2017, with extensive charity sector experience since 1994. Brings strong expertise in maritime fundraising, corporate partnerships, and donor engagement.
